Hallo zusammen,
ich habe von Hans-Christer Edborg aus Stockholm eine Anfrage bekommen, da er über sein Schiff SVANEVIK alle Informationen, Bilder etc. sucht, die er bekommen kann.
Leider konnte ich ihm dabei nicht weiterhelfen, aber ich hoffe, dass der eine oder andere ihn mit Infos versorgen kann.

It is especially interesting if there is any more information to find from the years when she was sailing in Germany and Denmark.
I have been in good contact with the former-owner families - but probably there also could be informations and photos to find from other maritime history collectors?
The galiot has today the name SVANEVIK (which means Swan-bay).
1914 launched as ANNA MARIE from the shipyard Jac. Smit in Sappemeer, Groningen, Nederlands. Left Sappemeer the 21th of July 1914 and arrived Bremerhaven 31th of July 1914.
1914 - 1916 ANNA MARIE, Herman Dieckmann, Iselersheim (River Oste), Hamburg, Germany.
1916 - 1918 CLAUS, Herman Dieckmann, Iselersheim, Hamburg, Germany (new name but same owner-skipper) Claus was the name from a brother of Herman. The reason for why the name was changed is said to be military reason, but what kind of military reason could it be?
1918 - 1931 CLAUS, Christian Pieper, Oldenbüttel, (Nord-Ostsee Canal), Hamburg, Germany.
1923 First engine installed: Aabenraa Motorfabrik H. Callesen & Co. 2-cyl. 50-Pse.
1931 - 1936 CLAUS, Johann Pieper (son of Christian P.), Oldenbüttel, Hamburg, Germany.
1936 - 1937 AAGE, Niels J. Møller, Svendborg (Skovsbostrand), Denmark.
1937 - 1939 AAGE, Niels Peder Nielsen, Nakskov, Denmark. (Married with Alma Nielsen).
